Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures
- Manage reservations and bookings accurately using our booking system
- Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, directing enquiries as needed
- Provide information about services, facilities, and events to visitors
- Handle guest queries or complaints with professionalism and courtesy
- Maintain a tidy and organised reception area at all times
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery during busy periods
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles is preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Friendly, approachable manner with a professional appearance
- Organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using computers and standard office software
- Flexibility to work various shifts as required, including evenings or weekends if necessary
