- Prepare drinks to specification
- Take food and drink orders from guests accurately.
- Enter guests orders into the till and communicate clearly.
- Engage with guests to add to the atmosphere and go above and beyond for special occasions.
- Knowledge of the menu, with the ability to make suggestions.
- Job includes working on a dessert bar to be creative with out desserts and milkshakes.
- Coffee training
