Are you a clinically focused Pharmacist looking to use your expertise to make a meaningful difference to patients receiving specialist treatments at home? LloydsClinical is seeking a dedicated Clinical Pharmacist to join our Pharmacy Services team, helping to ensure the safe, effective and efficient delivery of medicines and pharmaceutical care to patients across the UK.
Reporting to the Lead Pharmacist, you will play a key role in the clinical screening and verification of prescriptions, ensuring all therapies are clinically appropriate, safe and compliant with regulatory standards. As the Responsible Pharmacist on shift, you will provide expert clinical guidance, support complex medication reviews and work collaboratively with pharmacy technicians, nurses and wider healthcare teams to deliver exceptional patient care

You'll be a GPhC-registered Pharmacist with experience gained in a homecare, hospital or similar clinical pharmacy environment. You'll have a strong understanding of UK pharmacy legislation and governance, with the confidence to apply your clinical knowledge to support safe, effective and patient-centred care.
You'll bring either experience within specialist therapy areas or a solid foundation in managing complex medicines, alongside a genuine passion for developing your clinical expertise. Comfortable working with a wide range of healthcare professionals, you'll be able to build strong relationships, communicate clinical information clearly and contribute effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Most importantly, you'll be passionate about delivering outstanding patient care. With excellent attention to detail and a commitment to the highest professional and ethical standards, you'll take pride in ensuring every prescription is clinically appropriate, safe and compliant. You'll also be eligible to act as a Responsible Pharmacist and committed to continuous professional development and lifelong learning.
