PART-TIME BARISTA / ALL-ROUNDER Alma – Hammersmith
We’re looking for a Part-Time Barista / All-Rounder to join our busy neighbourhood coffee shop in Hammersmith.
At Alma, we serve high-quality coffee in a fast-paced, friendly environment. We need someone who can keep up during the rush, stay calm under pressure, and take real pride in every cup they make.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Making high-quality espresso-based drinks consistently
- Delivering fast, friendly customer service
- Supporting the team during busy periods
- Keeping the coffee station clean, stocked, and organised
- Helping with general front-of-house duties when needed
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Previous barista experience (essential or strong advantage)
- Confident working in a busy, high-volume environment
- Positive, reliable, and team-focused attitude
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Available for early mornings, weekends, and peak hours
