The Role
As Marketing Manager, you'll take the lead in planning, developing and delivering integrated marketing activity that supports commercial objectives and drives brand growth across the UK market. You'll work closely with colleagues across sales, product management and the wider business to deliver impactful campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Own the coordination and execution of product launches and campaign rollouts.
- Create and oversee marketing assets including brochures, presentations, case studies, email campaigns, social media content and sales support materials.
- Manage digital activity across website, email and social channels.
- Analyse campaign performance and use insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Plan and deliver exhibitions, customer events and launch activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Support and collaborate with colleagues across marketing, sales and product teams.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for an energetic and organised marketing professional who can confidently balance strategy and execution.
Essential
- 3–6 years' experience in a marketing role, ideally at Marketing Manager level.
- Experience delivering marketing campaigns, content creation, events or product launch activity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Commercial awareness and a proactive, hands-on approach.
Desirable
- Experience within a B2B, manufacturing, electrical or product-led environment.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, email campaigns, websites and social media management.
- Experience developing sales support materials and marketing collateral.
- Interest in product marketing, workplace solutions or commercial interiors.
