About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, organised and adaptable Administrator to join our team and provide essential support across the business.
This is a varied, hands-on role that will involve working closely with our Sales & Design, Finance, Production and Quality & Compliance teams. The successful candidate will play an important part in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly while developing a broad understanding of how the business operates.
We are looking for someone who is flexible, keen to learn and comfortable working across different departments. No two days will be the same, so the ability to manage changing priorities, take initiative and work collaboratively will be important.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities will vary depending on business requirements and may include:
- Providing general administrative support across all functions
- Maintaining accurate records, databases, documents and filing systems
- Preparing reports, documents, correspondence and presentations
- Supporting the Sales team with customer information, quotations, orders and general administration
- Assisting with the coordination and administration of design and production activities
- Supporting Quality and Compliance processes by maintaining documentation and records
- Assisting the Finance team with data entry and other administrative tasks
- Communicating with customers, suppliers and colleagues in a professional and helpful manner
- Coordinating meetings, appointments and internal communications
- Managing office supplies and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office
- Identifying opportunities to improve administrative processes and ways of working
- Taking on additional duties and projects as the business develops

Skills and Experience
Essential:
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Confident use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to prioritise workload and manage time effectively
Desirable:
- Previous experience in an office administration or business support role
- Experience supporting multiple departments
- Experience working in a manufacturing, engineering, production or technical environment
- Familiarity with finance, quality or compliance administration
