We're looking for a commercially-minded finance professional who enjoys turning complex data into meaningful insight. This role combines FP&A leadership, commercial business partnering and data analytics, giving you the opportunity to support senior decision-making across the business. You'll be instrumental in developing our Power BI capability, helping leaders understand performance, identify risks and opportunities and make informed strategic decisions.
What you'll be doing
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning and period performance reviews across Asterra
- Develop and enhance standard P&L, customer profitability and product profitability reporting to improve business performance
Partner with business leaders across IFCN, Sustain and AgTech to provide commercial insight and support strategic decision-making
- Support the creation, tracking and reporting of business performance KPIs
- Develop reporting, dashboards and insight that highlight opportunities, risks and performance trends for senior stakeholders
- Champion Power BI adoption and help build data and analytics capability across the business
What you'll bring
- Qualified accountant with experience leading FP&A activities within a complex business environment
Effective commercial business partnering skills with the ability to work with and advise senior stakeholders
- Experience working with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools and creating insight from complex datasets
- Advanced financial modelling, analytical and Excel skills
Ability to translate financial and operational data into clear recommendations that improve business performance
