Your Duties:
- Undertake all electrical work as necessary in the maintenance and refurbishment of stock and buildings.
- Undertake, as and when required, first and second fix electrical work associated with major and minor construction work and refurbishment including response maintenance repairs.
- Carrying out minor work outside trade is required for operational purposes.
- Carrying out electrical inspection and health and safety testing of domestic properties.
- Carrying out inspections of smoke alarms and ensuring replacement as necessary customer service.
- Providing quality customer service and maintaining a good customer relationship on behalf of the organisation
- Liaising with customers to arrange appointments, access arrangements, discuss work required etc.
- Carrying out and completing all work to a high quality and in a competent and timely manner and leaving the property in a clean and tidy condition.
- Liaising with other staff/sub-contractors etc. as necessary to ensure the timely completion of works within agreed operational targets.
- Ensuring accurate and timely completion of all job information by both paperwork and electronic means as required and passing this on to the supervisor within agreed timescales.
Your Profile:
- Have completed either a time served or skills apprenticeship.
- Have at least 1 year of post-apprenticeship experience.
- Hold a Level 3 certificate in the requirements for Electrical.
- Installation to C&G 2382-18 (18th Edition).
- Hold the following electrical qualifications; 2391, or C&G 2394 /2395 electrical testing and inspection.**
- Already be, or be prepared to attain, registration on a recognised license to practice scheme at a qualified level (such as Spark-safe, etc).***
- Have a full current driving licence to enable the post holder to carry out the required duties of this post.

Desirable:
- Have three year’s relevant* post apprenticeship experience in an electrical environment.
- Experience in providing a response maintenance service in a domestic environment.
- A full current driving licence which includes C1 licence category.
Additional Information:
- Full-time, Temporary, 13 weeks initially.
- 8.30am-4.30pm Monday-Friday.
- A Basic Access NI is Required.
