Static Electrical Shift Engineer
CTR Engineering are currently recruiting for a Static Electrical Shift Engineer to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance across a single site.
Location: Peterborough
Salary: £50,000 ***
Shift Pattern: Days & Nights
Week 1 = 4 nights on, 3 off
Week 2:= 3 days on, 1 off, 3 nights on
Week 3 = 3 off, 4 days on
Week 4 = 7 off
Week 5: = 7 off

Responsibilities:
- Carry out maintenance, testing and fault-finding on critical assets including generators and UPS systems
- Complete repairs and update maintenance work orders accurately and on time
- Use appropriate tools and test equipment safely, understanding their limitations
- Follow strict health and safety procedures, including lockout/tagout (no live working)
- Support Authorised Person (AP) duties and maintain high housekeeping standards
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation with AM2
- 18th Edition (BS 7671) qualification
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, plant, and controls
