Duties

- Negotiate with customers to reach mutually beneficial agreements that satisfy both parties
- Assist customers with inquiries, ensuring clear communication and excellent customer service at all times
- Manage sales transactions accurately using IT systems, including processing payments and issuing receipts
- Maintain organized product displays and ensure the sales floor is clean, inviting, and well-stocked
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and contribute to overall store success
Skills
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and close sales confidently
- Valid driving license preferred for roles involving travel or delivery responsibilities
- Experience in B2B (business-to-business) sales is advantageous but not required
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Basic IT proficiency for operating point-of-sale systems and managing customer records
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
