The role involves working collaboratively with clinical teams and university partners to support learner progression, provide educational guidance, monitor practice learning environments and identify opportunities for quality improvement. You will contribute to placement quality reviews, learner support initiatives, educational activities, practice education projects and service development work that enhances learner experience and organisational objectives.
