Are you passionate about gardening and enjoy helping customers find the right products for their outdoor spaces? Blue Diamond, the UK’s premier garden centre group, is looking for a committed and enthusiastic General Assistant to join our Gardening Department at East Bridgford Home & Garden.

What You’ll Do
- Welcome customers and provide friendly, helpful advice on gardening products
- Help customers find the right garden tools, seeds, watering equipment and gardening essentials
- Maintain exceptional standards throughout the Gardening Department
- Keep shelves, displays and product areas clean, organised and well stocked
- Assist with stock replenishment, merchandising and general department duties
- Work closely with a friendly and passionate team
- Ensure products are presented clearly and attractively for our customers
What We’re Looking For
- A genuine interest in gardening and gardening products
- Enthusiasm for garden tools, seeds, watering and outdoor gardening essentials
- A passion for providing excellent customer service
- An eye for detail and pride in maintaining high standards
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Flexibility to work part-time, including some weekends
- A willingness to learn and develop your product knowledge
