Responsibilities

- Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients and innovative culinary techniques.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering an environment of learning and growth.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including equipment maintenance.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within a restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation.
