An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen to join our dedicated team of independent advocates in the pivotal role of client caseworker.
Based in one of our offices in either Aberystwyth, Carmarthen or Haverfordwest, with ability to work substantially from home, you will support our work with clients (advocacy partners) by assisting the organisation and its advocates in the delivery and monitoring of our Independent Advocacy Service.
Advocacy West Wales-Eiriolaeth Gorllewin Cymru is a leading provider of independent advocacy in West Wales.
If you:
- Have excellent communication, telephone, organisational and IT skills,
- Are a bilingual Welsh and English speaker,
- Have a strong commitment to and understanding of issues of social justice, human rights, equality and inclusion,
- Enjoy working as part of a team and engaging with a wide range of people, both professionals and clients of the service,
- Want to gain a Level 2 qualification in Independent Advocacy
- You may have the skills required for this role.
