We are looking for an experienced and passionate Italian Cuisine Chef to join our kitchen team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled chef who takes pride in delivering high-quality food while maintaining strict kitchen standards.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook authentic Italian dishes in line with our established recipes
- Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all meals
- Maintain excellent standards of food hygiene and cleanliness at all times
- Follow all health & safety and food safety regulations (HACCP compliance)
- Assist with stock control and kitchen organisation
- Work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a chef (Italian cuisine preferred)
- Strong understanding of traditional Italian cooking techniques
- Ability to follow recipes and company procedures precisely
- Knowledge of food hygiene regulations (Food Safety certificate preferred)
- Reliable, organised, and able to work under pressure
