We are looking for an excellent tutor to join our tutoring centre in Shortlands, Bromley, providing face-to-face tuition to primary-aged children.
This opportunity is suitable for experienced teachers, experienced tutors and exceptional university students with a strong academic background and a genuine passion for helping children learn and succeed.
The Role
You will teach students in a dedicated tutoring environment, covering:
- KS1 Maths & English
- KS2 Maths & English
- 7+ preparation
- 11+ preparation
Students will have different abilities and learning needs, so we're looking for someone who can explain concepts clearly, build confidence and make lessons both engaging and productive.
Location
Shortlands, Bromley
All teaching takes place at our tutoring location, meaning there is no requirement to travel to students' homes.
This makes the role particularly suitable for someone looking for consistent, convenient tutoring work in one location.

Experienced Teachers & Tutors
Teachers or tutors with experience working with primary-aged children and a strong understanding of Maths and English.
Exceptional University Students
High-achieving university students with excellent academic results who are confident, responsible and able to work effectively with children.
You don't necessarily need extensive tutoring experience if you are an outstanding candidate with the right academic ability, personality and attitude.

- Comfortable teaching children aged approximately 5–11
Previous experience preparing students for 7+ or 11+ exams would be an advantage.
