Responsibilities

- Follow strict food safety protocols during all stages of food production and handling
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of fresh desserts throughout the day
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dessert preparation area in compliance with hygiene regulations
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as needed to ensure smooth operations
- Document recipes, procedures, and quality checks to uphold consistency and high standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food production, food preparation, or cooking within a professional kitchen environment
- Strong culinary skills with a focus on baking and dessert creation
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in hygiene management
- Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is highly desirable
