Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to ensure comfort and dignity
- Support patients with medication administration following prescribed schedules and safety protocols
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences
- Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental stimulation and social interaction
- Monitor health status, report changes or concerns promptly, and document care provided accurately
- Manage behavior challenges with patience and effective behavior management techniques
- Drive clients to appointments or outings safely when required, maintaining proper driving records and vehicle safety standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in assisted living, nursing home care, or home care environments
- Knowledge of patient care practices including dementia care, Alzheimer’s care, hospice support, and senior care
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when assisting with mobility or transfers
- First aid certification or willingness to obtain training upon hire
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for transportation duties
- Strong caregiving skills with empathy, patience, and excellent communication abilities
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed

Pay: £25,420.00-£37,137.35 per year
