Our team includes some of the most talented pastry chefs and artisans in the city, crafting exquisite cakes, pastries and chocolates and speciality cultural teas and coffees. We’re looking for a passionate, energetic highly skilled Barista & All-Rounder superstar to be at the heart of our team, bringing warmth, precision, and creativity to every cup served. This is your chance to be part of a new venue that’s set to become one of Birmingham’s most exciting destinations.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Crafting Exceptional Drinks – Prepare and serve specialty coffees, cultural teas, and signature beverages to the highest standards.
Customer Experience – Welcome guests with genuine hospitality, guiding them through our unique menu and ensuring a memorable visit.
All-Round Support – Assist with daily operations, from handling pastries and packaging to maintaining a clean and organised workspace.
Cultural Storytelling – Engage customers in the experience, sharing insights about our artisanal cakes, pastries, and global influences.
Team Player Energy – Support colleagues during busy periods, ensuring smooth service and a positive working atmosphere.
What We’re Looking For:
Passionate about coffee, tea, and great service – Experience in a specialty café, patisserie, or hospitality setting is a plus!
A natural people-person – Warm, engaging, and able to build connections with customers.
Fast-paced & detail-focused – Able to multitask while ensuring every drink, pastry, and interaction is flawless.
A love for culture and creativity – We want team members who appreciate the artistry behind what we do.
Can-do attitude – Willing to jump in wherever needed, from making coffee to helping showcase our beautiful pastries.
