An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Club Manager to manage Ladybridge Park Residents Club.
We are a Sports and Leisure facility with bar area and function rooms.
The applicant must be flexible with hours worked within the Licensing Trade.
Hold a valid Personal Licence or have a willingness to gain one.
Competitive salary with live in accommodation (excluding utilities).
You will be an excellent host/hostess
Responsibilites will include:
- Promoting and marketing the business.
- Adhering to budgets, increasing profits and managing cashflow.
- Recruiting, training and motivating your staff.
- Ordering necessary stock, Handling deliveries.
- Maintaining the condition of beer and wine.
- Enforcing health and safety rules.
- Dealing with customers.
- Managing catering options
- Making sound decisions and problem solving.
- Growing your sales.
- Communicating effectively with the Management Committee.
- Hosting events IE Birthday parties, weddings etc
- Hosting Social events, live entertainment & our annual bonfire event.
