Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Executive Assistant to join our team and support our leadership with efficiency and professionalism. This role is vital in ensuring smooth daily operations, managing schedules, coordinating communications, and handling a variety of administrative tasks with precision. Duties
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments to optimize executives’ time.
- Prepare, review, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
- Handle incoming calls with professional phone etiquette, screen inquiries, and direct them appropriately.
- Organize travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation logistics.
- Maintain accurate data entry records and manage filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
- Assist with project coordination by tracking deadlines, preparing agendas, and following up on action items.
- Support office operations by managing supplies inventory, processing invoices via QuickBooks or similar accounting software, and performing clerical tasks as needed.
Experience
- Proven administrative experience supporting executives or senior management in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and multitask seamlessly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive), and data entry tools.
- Experience using QuickBooks or similar accounting software for invoicing and expense management is preferred.
- Excellent typing skills with high accuracy; familiarity with office equipment such as printers and scanners.
- Demonstrated professionalism in phone etiquette and communication with internal teams and external contacts.
- Previous clerical experience involving document preparation, filing systems, and office administration.

Pay: £25,420.00-£57,821.79 per year
