Day Time Patch - Starts 3/10/2026, with a MANDATORY training day (paid) on 26/09/2026. Ends 31/10/2026
Night Time Patch (18+) Starts 16/10/2026 with a MANDATORY training day (paid) 15/10/2026. Ends 30/10/2026

Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide excellent guest services to ensure a positive experience from arrival to departure
- Assist visitors in selecting pumpkins, offering suggestions based on size, shape, and use
- Manage the flow of visitors around the pumpkin patch, maintaining safety and organisation at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the pumpkin display area, including restocking pumpkins as needed
- Provide information about the event, activities, and safety guidelines to guests of all ages
- Support management with daily operations, including ticketing, crowd control, and answering guest questions
Skills
- Excellent hospitality abilities with a friendly attitude that makes guests feel welcome and valued
- Proven experience in guest services or customer-facing roles, especially in busy or festive environments
- Ability to remain energetic and positive throughout long shifts during peak hours
- Clear communication skills to provide accurate information and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and management to deliver a seamless experience
- Flexibility to adapt quickly to changing needs or unforeseen situations during the event
