Multi-Skilled Bricklayer – Ongoing Work | Social Housing| Oldham
Recruit is currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced and reliable Multi-Skilled Bricklayer to join their growing team working on a variety of renovation projects across Oldham and surrounding areas.
This is an excellent opportunity for a tradesperson with strong bricklaying experience and additional skills across multiple trades to secure long-term, ongoing work.
Position Details
- Job Title: Multi-Skilled Bricklayer
- Location: Oldham and surrounding areas
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Duration: Ongoing work, long term multi year contract
- Hours: Monday to Friday
- Pay Rate: £37,360-£39,695
- Pay Type: PAYE with accrued holiday pay
- Overtime: Available
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out high-quality bricklaying work on residential renovation projects.
- Undertake general renovation and maintenance works as required.
- Repair and rebuild walls, brickwork and other masonry structures.
- Carry out minor works across other trades where competent, including plastering, joinery, painting and general maintenance.
- Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and within agreed timescales.
- Maintaining a safe, clean and organised work environment.
- Working collaboratively with other trades and site teams to meet project deadlines.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Bricklayer/Multi-Trader.
- Valid CSCS Card (essential).
- Strong skills across multiple trades.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Own tools and transport required.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good time management and organisational skills.
