Responsibilities

- Offer expert advice on hair care routines, product recommendations, and styling techniques to ensure clients leave feeling fabulous.
- Provide specialized beauty services such as eyelash extensions and makeup application to create complete beauty transformations.
- Manage front desk duties efficiently by scheduling appointments, greeting clients warmly, and maintaining a welcoming salon atmosphere.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing techniques, offering constructive feedback, and supporting their professional development.
- Upsell retail products and additional services to maximize client satisfaction and salon revenue.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, tools, and salon areas to uphold health standards and ensure a safe environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hairstyling with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse styles and techniques.
- Knowledge of store management principles is a plus for those interested in advancing into leadership roles.
- Skilled in barbering techniques for versatile grooming services.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build lasting client relationships.
- Experience with front desk operations including scheduling, check-in/out procedures, and client record management.
- Proficiency in providing eyelash extensions and makeup applications to deliver comprehensive beauty solutions.
- Strong communication skills combined with the ability to upsell products confidently while respecting client preferences.
