Summary
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our vibrant team at Luxe Foods And Hospitality Ltd in THE EXCHANGE BAR. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our guests' experience by providing excellent beverage service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. This role has potential for career progression, working alongside Management.
Responsibilities ;
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
- Provide exceptional customer service and engage with guests to enhance their dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations.
- Manage inventory of bar supplies and report any shortages.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
- Handle card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Display clear/ solid communication skills
- Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the bar/ restaurant industry.
- Excellent hospitality skills with a passion for customer service.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good time management skills and attention to detail.
