Molescroft Farm Children’s Nursery are happy to announce that we are recruiting for amazing Practitioners within our setting!
We have positions for part time and full-time practitioners, working with you to create the best work/life balance.
We have been running successfully since September 2017 and have exceeded our expectations with what we have achieved. The beautiful Farm setting compliments our Ethos of play based learning and being at one with nature and the outdoors. We spend most of our time outside in our gardens, forest, orchard and fields.
We have given team members the chance to gain further qualifications in forest school skills which has become part of everyday life for our Preschoolers.
We have quad cross-country buggies so even the smallest of our children can enjoy regular walks to enjoy the space and fresh air!
Extracurricular activities such as Moo Music and Science are weekly along with Baking, cooking, gardening, sports, yoga, Makaton and creature club!
They all have their own unique way of supporting children’s confidence and development.
We base our recruitment not only on qualifications but people’s values and attitudes. We have run educational visits on our farm for many years as we are passionate about sharing this amazing environment with the next generation.
You make such a difference to us, this is how we will make a difference to you…

What do our staff say?
‘It is rare to find a workplace that successfully balances professional excellence with such empathy for their employees. Even as we have grown it still feels like a family, with wacky relatives who are crazy passionate about what they do. There isn’t a more important job than laying the groundwork for a child’s future, and there isn’t a more amazing place to do it then here amongst nature’
‘I love working at Molescroft Farm, it offers a loving, safe and nurturing environment. The team are amazing, so supportive at work and through personal struggles. The space that the Nursery grounds offer are second to none and offer so much opportunity for learning and growth. I couldn’t work anywhere else now.’
