We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Driver/General Operative to join our team. This role involves both the transportation of goods and hands-on support within the engineering workshop. The ideal candidate will have a valid driving license, good organisational skills, and a willingness to contribute to daily production tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Driving Duties:
· Safely transport goods and materials to and from various locations
· Load and unload items ensuring proper handling and securing of goods
· Perform daily vehicle checks and report any issues or maintenance needs.
· Adhere to road safety regulations and company policies
General Operative Duties:
· Assist in production processes, operating basic machinery & tools (training provided)
Requirements:
· Valid driving license (preferably with no endorsements)
· Proven experience in driving and/or factory work is advantageous
· Good time management and ability to work independently or as part of a team
· Physically fit and capable of lifting/moving heavy items
Working Hours: Monday-Thursday 8am to 4.30pm, Friday 8am to 1.30pm (37.5hr week)

· 20 days holiday per year (January-December)
