Job Title: Care Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance and support to individuals with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Help with feeding, ensuring dietary requirements are met
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
- Accompany individuals to appointments or outings as needed
- Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals in their daily lives
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of care provided
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar caregiving role is preferred but not required
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of personal care techniques and infection control practices
