Office Administrator
Job Summary:

Experience of working with the public in a professional capacity and a smart appearance will be appropriate too as you will be public facing some of the time.

Duties:
- Manage front-desk duties, including answering calls and greeting visitors
- Organise and maintain office files, supplies, and equipment
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence
- Schedule meetings and appointments, and coordinate calendars
- Support HR and finance teams with administrative tasks
- Maintain records and databases with high attention to detail
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents
- Ensure the office environment is clean, safe, and well-organised
Qualifications:
- Previous administrative or office experience required
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ideally a minimum of one year property experience
- High level of professionalism and discretion
