Join a Growing National Grounds Maintenance Team
AMC FM is a leading facilities management company delivering grounds maintenance, external cleaning and specialist facilities services to commercial clients across the UK.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for reliable and hardworking Grounds Maintenance Operatives to join our expanding team.
Based from our Bromsgrove office, you will work on a variety of commercial sites nationwide, helping to ensure our clients' premises are maintained to the highest standards throughout the year.
Key Responsibilities
- Grass cutting and lawn maintenance
- Hedge trimming and pruning
- Weed control and border maintenance
- Litter picking and site tidying
- Leaf clearance
- Shrub and planting maintenance
- Site presentation and general grounds upkeep
- Safe operation of grounds maintenance equipment
- Working independently and as part of a team on client sites throughout the UK
What We're Looking ForEssential
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Good attention to detail
- Willingness to travel and work on sites across the UK
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Desirable
- Previous grounds maintenance, landscaping or gardening experience
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience towing trailers
- Experience using commercial mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters and leaf blowers
- PA1 / PA6 qualifications
- CSCS card
- Experience working on commercial premises
