Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, no weekends)

As part of our continued growth, we're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Internal Sales Administrator to join our vibrant sales office in Mold.
Role Overview
This is an excellent opportunity to become a key part of a fast-paced and supportive sales team. You’ll be at the heart of our internal operations, responsible for processing orders, managing customer enquiries via email and phone, and delivering exceptional service. You’ll also play a role in advising customers on product selection and identifying opportunities to upsell or recommend suitable alternatives.
This position is ideal for someone with strong administrative and interpersonal skills, a passion for customer service, keen attention to detail, and a proactive, sales-oriented mindset, able to identify customer needs and confidently suggest relevant add-on solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Outbound calling to existing customers
- Handle incoming enquiries via phone and email
- Provide product information and technical guidance to customers
- Recommend relevant products or upgrades based on customer needs
- Maintain accurate records using Salesforce and Sage (training provided)
- Support the external sales team and collaborate with other departments as needed
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the internal sales function
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar customer service or internal sales role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong numeracy and attention to detail
- Ability to manage and prioritise your own workload
- Positive telephone manner and confidence in handling client interactions
- Technically minded and solution-focused
- Comfortable working in a team environment and independently
- Passion to upsell and enhance the customer experience
Preferred (but not essential):
- Working knowledge of Salesforce and Sage Intacct (training provided)
