We are looking for somebody who can demonstrate a real passion for the product, serving excellent beers, premium spirits, cocktails and locally sourced food.
The ideal candidate will be heavily bar trained but also floor trained.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Cash handling
Team management
Sales managing
Health and Safety compliance
Driving excellent customer service
