Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive lectures and practical sessions covering various beauty therapy techniques, including skincare, massage, waxing, and makeup application etc
- Develop and update curriculum content aligned with current industry standards and best practices
- Assess student progress through assignments, practical evaluations, and examinations, providing constructive feedback to support their growth
- Maintain a safe and hygienic learning environment by adhering to health and safety regulations
- Foster effective communication with students, colleagues, and industry partners to enhance learning outcomes
- Utilize IT tools and digital resources to enrich teaching materials and facilitate interactive learning experiences
- Organise student assessments, record keeping, and reporting in accordance with our policies
Requirements
- Proven experience in beauty therapy with a strong understanding of current industry trends and techniques
- Excellent communication skills in English, capable of engaging diverse student groups effectively
- Prior teaching or training experience is highly desirable; certification in teaching or education is a plus
- Strong organizational skills to plan lessons, manage classroom activities, and maintain accurate records
- Basic IT proficiency for creating digital content, managing online resources, and using educational platforms
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while demonstrating initiative and professionalism
- You must hold some of the below qualifications, Level 2 & 3 Beauty therapy, level 3 make up artistry, level 4 micropigmentaction (SPMU), level 4 Advance Beauty Therapy, level 4 Laser & IPL Treatments
