Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and friendly Bartender/Server to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will play a key role in creating a warm environment for guests while expertly preparing drinks and delivering exceptional service. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure our guests leave satisfied and eager to return.
Duties
- Predominantly this is a bar role, however some floor service will be required. Therefore you will need to be able to:
- Take orders from guests accurately and efficiently, ensuring prompt service.
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with safety standards.
- Provide attentive table service, including delivering food and drinks, checking on guest satisfaction, and handling special requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Manage cash transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
- Engage with guests in a friendly manner, creating a lively and welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist in setting up and closing down the bar area at the start and end of shifts.
Experience
- Previous experience working in hospitality settings such as restaurants or bars is essential, with Rosette or Michelin experience highly preferential
- A knowledge of bartending techniques and an ability to learn cocktail specifications and serving procedures quickly is essential. Barista experience is also highly desirable.
- Familiarity with food safety standards to ensure proper handling of beverages and food items.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or drinks orders efficiently during busy periods.
- Basic math skills for handling payments accurately.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.

Pay: £12.71-£13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 35.0 per week
