SEMH Teaching Assistant – Lancing Behaviour and Inclusion Provision
Pink Tile Education are recruiting for a SEMH Teaching Assistant to join a behaviour and inclusion provision within a school in Lancing .
This specific Lancing school supports pupils who may need time away from mainstream lessons, help with emotional regulation, support with routines or a trusted adult to help them re-engage with learning.
You will work closely with the inclusion team to support pupils during difficult moments, helping them reset and return to learning where possible. The school needs a Teaching Assistant who can be calm, consistent and confident without being confrontational.
Temporary, permanent and temp-to-permanent roles are available.
