Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Night Loader to join our dynamic team. This is a physical role requiring good levels of fitness and strength. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- Handle materials with care, ensuring proper loading and unloading of goods.
- Participate in picking & packing orders accurately for timely dispatch.
- Assist in shipping & receiving activities, verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against documentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the warehouse space.
- Perform heavy lifting as required, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to optimise workflow and efficiency.
Experience
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- Forklift truck license is desirable but not essential.
- Familiarity with materials handling techniques and equipment is advantageous.

Hours of Work
50 hours per week
16:00pm - 02:00am Monday to Friday
Including a 45 minute paid break
Bonus Scheme
£100pm bonus upon achieving set KPIs
Additional unsociable hours premium £300 - subject to T's & C's
