Norse Groups Support Services Division has an exciting opportunity for a Bid Administrator to join our Bids team based at our Head Office on Fifers Lane in Norwich. This will be a full time, fixed term position working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday until August 2027.
The role
As the Bid Administrator, you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive range of administration tasks for the Bids team, you will support day-to-day operations through identifying opportunities, maintaining records, and communicating with internal and external contacts. Alongside this you will;
- Review multiple bids inboxes daily & log any opportunities of interest on our internal CRM system
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to accurately complete framework MI submissions in a timely fashion
- Support with data upload to maintain accurate records on our internal CRM system
- - Support the completion of standard bid documents - Standard Selection Questionnaires
