Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of food preparation, kitchen management, and team supervision to ensure the delivery of exceptional dining experiences. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the entire kitchen team, including chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive working environment
- Oversee food production processes to ensure consistency, quality, and presentation meet brand standards
- Develop innovative menus in collaboration with management, incorporating seasonal ingredients and current culinary trends
- Manage daily kitchen operations, including inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness and organisation in compliance with food safety regulations
- Ensure all food preparation and cooking activities adhere to health and safety standards
- Train staff on proper food handling techniques, culinary skills, and service procedures
- Monitor kitchen performance metrics and implement improvements to optimise efficiency and reduce waste
- Collaborate with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Maintain compliance with licensing regulations and health codes

- Proven supervising experience within a high-volume culinary environment
- Extensive food production expertise with a strong background in food preparation and cooking techniques
