Duties and Experience
Substantial work experience in Building Services
Proven technical ability with good time management and the ability to prioritise workloads
Able to work on own initiative and under pressure
Able to organise and plan workloads to prescribed deadlines
Able to communicate at all levels i.e. from client to site operatives
Able and willing to take on responsibility
Able to contribute to a team environment and assist colleagues to achieve their deadlines, where necessary
Able to foresee, anticipate and avoid installation and cost problems
Thorough and methodical in their approach to working procedures to ensure all actions, events and decisions are formally recorded and trackable
Able to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the contractual relationships of a project team
Be computer literate with knowledge of a variety of computer systems , e.g. Outlook, Word, Spreadsheets, Hevacomp etc
Represent and be an ambassador for the Company
