Job Title: Grade 4 Manufacturing Operative
Reporting to: Manufacturing Shift Manager
Role Brief
Responsible for supporting the Manufacturing Shift Manager in delivering a 'right first time' service, whilst adhering to all company Quality, Health and Safety policies, with maximum output and minimum waste, whilst ensuring all staff follow company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
1. Accurate identification, weighing and dispensing of raw materials in line with standard operating procedures and Good Manufacturing Practice.
2. To ensure all equipment is clean and sanitised before use.
3. Maintain and improve housekeeping/hygiene levels.
4. To ensure all batch documentation is completed and signed off in line with standard operating procedures.
5. Date entry to maintain accurate stock records.
6. Adhere to all company Quality and Health and Safety policies.
7. To follow and embed the core company values – Collaboration, Ambition, Expertise, Agility & Integrity.
8. Any other duties as required as per Manufacturing Manager and Manufacturing Shift Manager.
