As a specialist in healthcare logistics, we deliver essential and life-enhancing products to vulnerable individuals in their homes and other clinical settings.
This is not a standard courier role.
We are seeking experienced, professional Drivers who understand that in healthcare logistics, conduct, empathy and personal standards matter just as much as punctuality.
The Opportunity
You will complete 35–45 deliveries per day to private residences and residential care settings, ensuring each delivery is handled with care, discretion and professionalism.
Many of our customers are elderly, unwell or vulnerable. In some cases, you may be the only representative they see that day.

Key Responsibilities
- Daily vehicle safety and compliance checks
- Safe loading and unloading of healthcare products
- Accurate use of handheld delivery technology
- Maintaining delivery schedules without compromising service quality
- Working collaboratively with warehouse and customer service teams
You will be issued with a branded uniform and a fully maintained, modern company vehicle.
What We Require
Essential:
- Full UK driving licence (maximum 3 penalty points, minor offences only)
- Proven multi-drop or professional driving experience
- Strong geographical knowledge and route planning ability
- Excellent time management and personal accountability

- A calm, patient and compassionate manner
- Confidence interacting with vulnerable individuals and care professionals
- High personal standards and professional presentation
- A genuine commitment to service excellence
Due to the sensitive nature of healthcare deliveries, a DBS check is mandatory.
