Part-Time Bridal Stylist

We are an independent luxury bridal boutique based in North Lanarkshire, looking for an experienced Bridal Stylist to join our growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a modern, experience-led bridal store where exceptional service, beautiful product and genuine connection with our brides sit at the heart of everything we do.
We are looking for someone confident, warm and naturally engaging, who understands that luxury service should feel personal rather than scripted.
The Role
As a Bridal Stylist, you will guide brides through one of the most exciting experiences of their life, from welcoming them into store and understanding their vision, to styling gowns, offering honest and considered advice and ultimately helping them find the one.
Alongside bridal appointments, the role will include:
- Delivering exceptional one-to-one bridal styling appointments
- Building genuine rapport with brides and their guests
- Confidently guiding customers through the decision-making and sales process
- Styling gowns, veils and accessories
- Maintaining exceptional presentation standards throughout the store
- Managing appointment notes and customer follow-up
- Supporting the wider team with the day-to-day running of the store
- Creating a memorable luxury experience from arrival to goodbye
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has at least 1 year experience within bridal or a luxury retail
- Is confident working within a experience-focused environment
- Has excellent communication and people skills
- Is warm, polished and professional
- Has a natural eye for styling and attention to detail
- Can read people well and adapt their approach to different personalities
- Is comfortable working independently as well as part of a close-knit team
- Understands the importance of both exceptional customer experience and commercial results
- Is reliable, proactive and genuinely enjoys working with people
Previous bridal experience would be highly desirable, however candidates with strong experience in luxury retail will also be considered.
Availability
This is a part-time position based in North Lanarkshire.
Weekend availability is essential, particularly Saturdays, as these are our busiest appointment days. Some weekday availability may also be required.
Hours will be discussed with the successful candidate.
