Duties
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms thoroughly, including making beds, dusting surfaces, vacuuming carpets, and cleaning bathrooms to meet hotel standards
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and linens to ensure guest comfort
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to management for quick resolution
- Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff
- Assist with laundry duties as needed, including sorting, washing, and folding linens and towels
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and positive attitude while interacting with guests and team members
- Support other housekeeping tasks during busy periods or special events to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications
- Previous hotel experience or hospitality background is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidates
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and guest satisfaction
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and walk for extended periods comfortably
- Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Experience in janitorial or cleaning services is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for success in this role

Pay: £12.71-£17.81 per hour
