Make By Design are designers and manufacturers of bespoke joinery based in Yate, Bristol. Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a skilled and reliable Bench Joiner to join our team for an immediate start.
The Role:
You will be working within our workshop manufacturing high-quality bespoke items including:
- Cabinets
- Bars
- Counters
- Bespoke fitted furniture
- Other custom joinery projects

Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in bench joinery (qualification preferred)
- Skilled and confident using workshop machinery
- Self-motivated, reliable, and passionate about craftsmanship
- Ability to work to high standards and meet deadlines
- Own basic set of tools (workshop machinery and tooling provided)
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- CSCS card preferred but not essential (training can be provided)
- Rate offered based on experience
