Production Supervisor
JJ Lee (BATH) Ltd is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive leader with a passion for optimising production processes. We require an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee and coordinate manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety at every stage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and Organising: Develop production schedules, allocate resources, and assign tasks to meet deadlines efficiently.
- Quality Control: Implement rigorous quality assurance procedures, conduct regular inspections, and address potential issues to maintain high product standards.
- Staff Training & Development: Provide guidance to new hires and promote continuous learning for enhanced team performance.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, conduct audits, and foster a workplace safety culture.
- Problem Solving: Identify operational bottlenecks, troubleshoot challenges, and implement effective solutions.
- Deliveries: Coordinate all deliveries in and out of the premises
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to monitor inventory, optimise resource utilisation, and maintain accurate documentation.
- In-depth knowledge of production processes and quality assurance standards.
