Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contract terms to ensure clarity and mutual benefit.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and legal teams to facilitate contract approvals and renewals.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all contracts within ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems such as SAP or Oracle E-Business Suite (Oracle EBS).
- Monitor contract deadlines, renewal dates, and compliance requirements to prevent lapses or breaches.
- Support the resolution of contractual issues by liaising with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Analyze contractual data to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Ensure all contract documentation adheres to company policies and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience working with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle EBS is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, logistics, and procurement practices.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence and build positive vendor relationships.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating across departments and external partners.
- Ability to interpret contractual language clearly and accurately.
- Prior experience in a contract support or coordination role within a logistics or supply chain environment is preferred.
