Reporting to the Senior Manager, Structural Analysis, you will lead the Major Reactor Island Equipment Structural Analysis team. Working alongside specialists across component design, safety case, materials, process engineering and external partners, you will provide technical leadership, develop capability and ensure delivery of high-quality engineering solutions across the reactor island programme.
This is a strategic technical leadership role combining people leadership, programme delivery and specialist engineering expertise. You will shape and deliver the structural analysis strategy for major reactor island equipment, ensuring analysis activities support design maturity, regulatory compliance and programme objectives while influencing key engineering decisions across the business.

This role offers flexible and hybrid working with regular attendance expected at Derby, Manchester or Warrington. Travel between sites and to partner locations may be required.
The salary band for this role will be between £60,000 – £78,750 dependent on the skills, values and knowledge you bring. There may be flexibility in exceptional cases, reflecting the seniority and leadership responsibility of the role.
