Hallam Express Ltd are looking to recruit a FLT / Warehouse Operative for their new site at S60 1FB .
Hours: Monday to Friday - 12 noon to approx 10pm
Job purpose and responsibilities:
Responsible for loading and unloading vehicles whilst ensuring that safe working practices are maintained and adhered to in accordance with company Health & Safety procedures.
Responsibilities / Duties:
- Checking and verifying customer orders prior to vehicle loading
- Keeping warehouse and surrounding grounds clean and tidy
- Ensure Health and Safety guidelines are adhered to
- Working to quality standards
Skills and experience
- Fork Lift Truck License Counterbalance
- Experience of using hand scanners / warehouse management systems beneficial
- Manual Handling
- Self-motivated and disciplined
- Warehouse Experience
- An ability to work unsupervised to the required standard
- Numeracy and literacy skills
- An ability to be flexibility
