As our Financial Controller you will co-ordinate the delivery of our core finance operations, ensuring consistently high standards of day to day finance operations, reporting and control and play a significant role in the continued development of efficiencies within the function through the successful implementation of a new finance system, helping to transform and modernise finance processes, strengthen controls and deliver lasting improvements across the function.

What you'll bring:

Full qualifications (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent) and experience in a senior finance role

Experience supporting finance systems, ERP or transformation projects, with knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics desirable
- Strong hands-on experience across core finance operations, including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial accounting, month-end and year-end processes

Experience improving financial controls, reporting processes, policies and ways of working

Strong accounting knowledge, commercial awareness with advanced Excel/financial analysis skills

Well-developed communication and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative, flexible and hands-on approach
