We are looking for a **dynamic and motivated individual** to join our growing team of Support Workers.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in people’s lives, working across both **16+ supported accommodation** and **home care services**.

## The Role
As a Support Worker, you will:
* Provide high-quality care and support to young people aged 16+ and individuals in their own homes
* Promote independence, wellbeing, and life skills
* Support with daily routines, appointments, and personal development
* Build positive, professional relationships with service users
* Work as part of a dedicated and supportive team

## Working Pattern
* **One week on / one week off rota**
* Flexibility and commitment are essential

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Reliability and a genuine passion for supporting others
* Previous experience is beneficial but not essential (full training can be provided)
